I've been to countless dealerships through the years and Ferarro ranks up at the very top when it comes to overall experience. It's a rather smaller place but that is actually a GOOD thing. Big lot dealerships play way too many games, have you sit there for 4-5 hours even after everything is finalized and make you feel like you're just a number.At Ferarro, you get undivided attention, honest conversation and such a nice, no pressure, friendly vibe. Jae and Paul, you guys are great. I wish you guys the best!I did not wind up buying a car here but I will definitely check their inventory when the time comes to buy the wife, daughter, or son a car.

"Gary the mechanic did an amazing job fixing my Jeep's horn. He was very friendly, honest, and gave me a great price. He even checked my sunroof and filled my windshield fluid. I highly recommend his service!"

My experience with this car dealership was fairly good. They have a decent range of cars and the staff were polite and helpful when answering questions. I appreciated that they explained the features and pricing clearly. However, the overall process took longer than expected, especially during final documentation and delivery. The car itself was in good condition and matched what was promised. With better time management and faster service, this dealership could improve a lot.
